The Patten Veterans' Memorial Library played a meaningful role in the creation of "Storybook Lane" and the trail behind the Patten Lumbermen’s Museum. Working alongside community partners, the library helped bring stories to life along the path, offering families a chance to enjoy reading and the outdoors together. With rotating children’s book displays featured along the trail, "Story Lane" promotes literacy, imagination, and a deeper connection to nature, reflecting the library’s mission to inspire learning both inside and beyond its walls.
