The Big Moose Inn is situated between Millinocket and Ambajejus Lakes where guest can enjoy kayaks, canoes, and pontoon boat rides, on-site restaurant and pub, a convenience store, and WiFi in the Inn, cabins, and the lower campground.
Location: Base camp is at Big Moose Inn - Baxter State Park Road Millinocket Lake, Maine. GPS Waypoints:Big Moose Inn, 45.7295 N by 68.838 W. Be wary of GPS directions though- DO NOT take the Brownsville Road out of Millinocket.
