Knife Edge Brewing at NEOC

Knife Edge Brewing at the New England Outdoor Center is a Maine Craft Brewery and wood fired pizzeria located on the edges of Baxter State Park and the North Maine Woods in Millinocket at 200 Katahdin View Drive in 'The Lakes' region of Katahdin. The Brewery is located less than 1 mile off the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Scenic Byway.

The pizza and beer are only rivaled by the setting and architecture of the brewery building. You'll be meant with warm hospitality, fresh beer, and pizza combinations that should be part of everyone's lives. The pizza has names like 'for the love of prosciutto', 'Mac Daddy', 'Butternut Crave', and 'Baxter's Legendary Terrain'. The menu also includes appetizers and salads.

Knife Edge Drafts are fresh and diverse - Headwaters Pale Ale, Rockslide Brown Ale, S77 Pilsner, Cloud Works IPA, Abol Blonde Ale, Dark Sky Oatmeal Stout, and Moon Shadow Sessions IPA.

Knife Edge is also a jumping-off point for the 14.5 mile Hammond Ridge mountain bike and cross country skiing trail system. Park at the Brewery, ski or ride for a couple hours, then go on in and enjoy craft beer and wood fired pizza!

For snowmobilers, Knife Edge is located right off ITS 85/86! Drive right up and park. Non-ethanol fuel, oil, retail, and free wifi are all available on-site for snowmobilers.

Knife Edge has live music several times each month too! It truly is a unique recreation and dining experience within the Katahdin region.
