Come visit a truly unique family-owned and operated campground located in Medway, Me in the shadows of Katahdin and at the gateway to the Great North Maine Woods. Whether you sleep in a tent, bring your own camper, or stay in one of their cabins, your stay at Katahdin Shadows Campground will be one to remember.

This campground is conveniently located on the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Scenic Byway, just off 95 in the Medway & East Millinocket area of Katahdin.  Millinocket is 10 miles to the West and Patten in 30 miles North.

Katahdin Shadows Camground & Cabins has over 40 full-hookup RV sites, over 40 tent sites, and 11 cabins! This family-oriented campground has all the amenities too - pool, arcade, playground, pavillion, and a full calendar of events.

Katahdin Shadows Events includes titles like Christmas Weekend (in August), Nascar Weekend, Aloha Weekend, Halloween Weekend (in July), and Festival, in addition to 4th of July events, Labor Day, adult weekend, cornhole tournament weekend, and more. They work hard to make each event fun too! A list of events for Aloha weekend is - Do the limbo!  Men’s Sexy Leg contest! Who makes the biggest Splash?! Water games! It’s a pool party! Rubber Ducky Races!!
