The level RV site accommodates vehicles under 50 feet and includes 20-, 30-, and 50-amp electrical service, potable water, sewer hookup, trash removal, and a fire pit. Pets are welcome, with open areas and woodlands nearby for walking and exploring.

Gardiner Farms is located along an ATV access road. Guests may unload their ATVs at the campsite and follow the road to nearby club trails; riding is not permitted elsewhere on the property. There is also room to park an additional ATV transport trailer.

The campsite is conveniently located approximately five miles from Interstate 95’s Exit 264. Nearby destinations include the East Branch of the Penobscot River, Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument and Penobscot River Trails. Patten, approximately 15 miles away, offers restaurants, local services, a craft brewery and the Patten Lumbermen’s Museum. Millinocket is approximately 28 miles away.

Buddy Site
Guests traveling with a second RV may request the Gardiner Farms Buddy Site. The second RV parks in the driveway behind the main site and can share available water and electrical connections. The Buddy Site may only be reserved by the guest renting the main campsite and must be arranged in advance.

Important information
The property does not have a public toilet, bathhouse, or other shared camping facilities. Guests must travel in a fully self-contained RV with its own bathroom.
